We use leadtributor's matching and picklisting functions for our contact form to ensure that your inquiry is answered as promptly as possible and to your satisfaction by a competent contact person. For this purpose, we require your postal address to determine the contact person responsible for you, and your email address to ensure the fastest possible and needs-based handling of your request.
Data processing on behalf (order processing)
The group of companies to which we belong has concluded a data processing agreement with the provider of the SaaS solution leadtributor, and we fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using leadtributor.
The data you enter in the contact form remains with us and our SaaS service provider until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your inquiry has been processed). After that, the data records are irreversibly anonymized by us at regular intervals. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.
4.4 Processing of Data (Customer and Contract Data)
We collect, process, and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary for establishing, defining the content of, or amending the legal relationship (inventory data).
